Damn the folks at Rockefeller Center could take a pointer or two (or 10) from these guys, the next time they light up their Christmas Tree. The way they do it now is so anticlimactic. They hype it up for weeks, and when the moment comes the thing just turns on. One moment the lights are off, the next they are on. No blinking now nothing.

I've had it stuck in my head since Sunday, I love the simplicity of it - a good ol' heavy beat. Hehe, I hadn't heard it before, I didnt know the song was actually important in the lighting and thought the lighting on and off was a bit random before. But when you said that I saw it again speakers on and yeah it's pretty cool. Love the part when the little pines turn on and off ![]() |
