Forza is way down from GT4 because one thing GT4 has that Forza doesn't is the fanbase and reputation. Also, Microsoft released the info about Forza less than a year ago, April 2004 to be exact.

I have to say, Ive played a demo and was not impressed. The wheels are all wrong, and so is the exhaust tone. No control in the controller feel; it feels like you're playing an RC game. I've officially made up my mind: Im buying a PS2 just for GT4!

Popular science did a big article in their latest magazine, they said it should be beter than gt4 so they compared it to reality itself. They said it was the closest a game has let them be

actually i just watched it again...unless you can turn on and off damage on forza then I will wait for the final release to see the graphics of the cars...if you notice the cars in forza take some substantial hits but you dont see damage, and supposedly forza's damage engine is really really realistic, but it seemed to have been turned off duringt that video though...
