I'm eating close to nothing these days. Hardly ever have breakfast, only when i go to the gym, then i have a yogurt. I have like a salad or a yogurt for lunch usually ( sometimes nothing ), and on my days off work i have a snack around 5pm, normally fruit. When i'm working i have dinner at 7, or not, coz it's crap most of the time, so it's salad again, or some soup, and i snack at midnight when i get home, some milk and bread.
It' a fase thing, i'm like this a lot , hopefully in a couple of weeks i'll be eating normally again. |

when I wake up which can be anywhere from 10-12 I will usually go downstairs and have an atkins bar or something to that effect...then throughout the rest of the day I will just pick at stuff thats in the pantry or refrigerator...too lazy to actually make something...then my mom or dad usually cooks dinner....it's either pasta, or chicken, or sausages, or steak, or anythign italian basically with some forms of side dishes always with a salad...

I've been eating better lately...not that I ate bad in the first place...I guess I just consume less carbs now...but last year this time I weighed 250 lbs, then I went on the south beach and lost 20 lbs the first week and a total of 70 lbs in 3 months...then I plateaued off and I am at a steady 180...I'm 6' tall and have been working out ever since...every now and then I go on a carb binge, but it stays off...

Too much. Some people I know eat half of what I eat and they're pretty much overweight

I eat loads.......i have some toast for breakfast (2 slices), then if I'm hungry, I'll make some toast (2 slices) at coffee break in the morning, then I'll have quite a lot for lunch, maybe some toast in the afternoon (take a guess how many slices) if I didn't have it in the morning, sometimes even if I have had it in the morning, and then I'll have quite a lot for dinner.....
