Not much.
Hardly anything in the morning, then I MIGHT grab a burger or something during the day, then dinner (usually not THAT much).

coffee for breakfast
two dinner in a day (sometimes only one) and some candy or sweet with coffee during the day.
I really think I should eat more coz my height is 180 cm and my weight only 60-65 kg, but I just dont get more weight. Maybe i should go to the doctor

i eat a lot but i also burn most of them, workouts, running around during the day on subway, etc...so it's pretty balanced

I'm eating close to nothing these days. Hardly ever have breakfast, only when i go to the gym, then i have a yogurt. I have like a salad or a yogurt for lunch usually ( sometimes nothing ), and on my days off work i have a snack around 5pm, normally fruit. When i'm working i have dinner at 7, or not, coz it's crap most of the time, so it's salad again, or some soup, and i snack at midnight when i get home, some milk and bread.
It' a fase thing, i'm like this a lot , hopefully in a couple of weeks i'll be eating normally again.

when I wake up which can be anywhere from 10-12 I will usually go downstairs and have an atkins bar or something to that effect...then throughout the rest of the day I will just pick at stuff thats in the pantry or refrigerator...too lazy to actually make something...then my mom or dad usually cooks dinner....it's either pasta, or chicken, or sausages, or steak, or anythign italian basically with some forms of side dishes always with a salad...

yea, I'm Italian, and I eat like an Italian, my mom and grandma cook Italian all the time so thats what I eat...

yeah, i'm about the same weight as you, only a year younger. it's a good thing i'm tall for my age: 6 feet (or 183cm), maybe a little taller than that but i'm not sure overall i think i do eat alot, though i haven't eaten too much in the past month or so.

I've been eating better lately...not that I ate bad in the first place...I guess I just consume less carbs now...but last year this time I weighed 250 lbs, then I went on the south beach and lost 20 lbs the first week and a total of 70 lbs in 3 months...then I plateaued off and I am at a steady 180...I'm 6' tall and have been working out ever since...every now and then I go on a carb binge, but it stays off...

Height, i still have a little bit of flubber, but it sticks out like 1 cm. Its not muscle, i think its ove things weighin me down!

as far as meals go i think i'm fairly average (well, compared to my friends, who all eat at least as much as i do) in what i eat, but i snack alot.

Too much. Some people I know eat half of what I eat and they're pretty much overweight
Breakfast: Frosted Flakes (My favorite ) and maybe some drinkible yogurt crap
Lunch: Some sort of sandwich, Kerns fruit juice, energy bar thing
Dinner: Whatever's on the menu
Ever since track started though, I've been having a real strong craving for a bowl of ice cream every night...

Here people are used to having plenty lunch and very little dinner, so I do pretty much the same on weekdays, then on the weekends, I'm more the Australian style - Little for lunch and then big supper.

I am 175 cm tall and I have about 60 kgs so I guess I'm not in an overweight. I'm exercising regularly so probably a part of this mass are muscles.
But I used to have overweight when I was a lil' kid, when I was 7 I was pretty fat. Now thanks to the Almighty God I'm rather slim.

Im a vegetarian so i eat pretty healthy but i do eat a lot of junk food but my exercise keeps it off

I eat loads.......i have some toast for breakfast (2 slices), then if I'm hungry, I'll make some toast (2 slices) at coffee break in the morning, then I'll have quite a lot for lunch, maybe some toast in the afternoon (take a guess how many slices) if I didn't have it in the morning, sometimes even if I have had it in the morning, and then I'll have quite a lot for dinner.....

I must say I eat about average, maybe a bit more, but most of the food is Korean, which is actually very healthy for you, and not really that fattening so I'm all good. I'm 68kg BTW, most of that through both height and fat.
