SEOUL (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics said it would file for a sales ban on Apple's new iPhone with courts in France and Italy as the phone infringed its patents, widening its legal battle with Apple.

On Tuesday, Apple rejected an offer from Samsung to settle their tablet computer dispute in Australia, possibly killing off the commercial viability of the new Galaxy tablet in that market.
and here we go again - filed because apple rejected a cross patenting deal - seriously , when MS wade in apple will **** bricks.

Oh, I do hope they succeed. Apple need to be taken down a peg or two with all this Patent BS.

To be totally honest, I would REALLY like to see M$ destory apple in court

Apple is getting to be a pest as of late.

It's getting a bit ridiculous, there’s more than enough room in the market for all these products, but if Apple keep pushing, companies will eventually push back.

Samsung should just stop selling their screens and chips to apple.

I doubt it, thats a deal worth around 5 billion dollars, at the end of the day Apple could get parts from elsewhere.

Most people don't care about specs so it wouldn't even matter is they were lower quality as a result, they will still sell millions.

they are doing but the parts they are receiving are inferior to the samsung ones (screen issue regarding bubbling)
