Could always bring back forced sterilisations. Even Winston Churchill signed the 'Feeble Minded Persons Control Bill' in early 1900's, and was tens of thousands of sterilisations across USA and UK. Think it's somewhat frowned upon these days though

I would have got their card details and asked them to sign a waiver that if no fault was to be found then a non refundable charge of x amount would be made to it. I deal with idiots and cheapskates all the time in my job, who always want something for nothing. I am lucky and that I no longer have to deal with the public face to face ( did my time of 12 years previously doing that ) and only over the phone. It is amazing the stupidity of some people, I almost feel embarrassed for them. Worse thing is the people have children, who are just as thick! I pride myself on my customer service, and will always try to go that extra mile. Some people are beyond help, quite sad really.
