I just wonder why only target 1 program out of many.
Is it not as safe as others? Are the creators of BitTorrent pocketing some cash out of this deal? What?

Nearly all of the defendants are accused of sharing copyrighted files via BitTorrent, and 1,237 allegedly used the eD2k network.

What disgusts me most aew all these lawyers with dollar signs in their eyes. They must employ quite a few.
