Drinking, on painkillers, 2 previous hit and runs, and this being his 3rd hit and run.

Sh/t, great time to implement the 3 strikes deal. Throw his butt in jail for a long a$$ time.


This is why I don't and trust like the courts system. The driver is probably rich and pays off the judges.



Sure she j-walked, but so what. The road I go down everyday to school has a police department on it. 5 lane hwy that is extremely busy. The cops jaywalk all the time to the fast food on the other side of the street.
Jaywalking is in the books yes, but it's one of those laws that is ignored like so many others.
