How do you count the number of worldwide supporters? Did they ask all 6 billion people on this planet for their favorite sports team?

Edit: GO COWBOYS! [thumbup]

Valuable, not favorite.

Isn't this technically the net worth of the managing company? The most valuable team would be the one who's squad assets amount to the highest value, or as a fair measure would be the average value of the squad per team member. This would also be market related.

Sorry for the pedantry.

I'm not sure. The glazer family are reported to be worth a lot more than the 1.8 billion that man utd is listed at.

Take a sample and extrapolate. What else can be done? Works the same for everyone.

By management company, I meant the sole attached PLC e.g. Manchester United Limited; I didn't use that term as the spanish clubs are effectively mutuals and in the US they are LLCs.

Absolutely!!

Not from Baltimore... I was a Browns fan (I heard the story of Ernie Davis at a young age) then converted with the move!

Another thing: Ed Reed.

LOL at Cowboys.

Ray Lewis is the only reason I enjoy watching the Ravens. That man is a f**king scary beast and flies to the hole. He is getting on in years, but he still plays like a man out for blood.

Honest question: Do you like football? Steelers-Ravens are the best games and both of the teams are normally awesome to watch.

The NFL now is mostly full of good-looking QBs that make the cover of Esquire and hide their sexual tendencies.

Football is my favorite sport but I prefer NCAA football to the NFL. I thoroughly enjoy both. As for the Steelers - Ravens match-up, they are fun to watch but nothing really beats the college football rivalries.

I agree with the bold, the rules they have in place to protect the quarterback are ridiculous. If you hit the QB too hard its a flag and 50k fine, garbage.

Oh my God, that slideshow is intolerable!

51 slides of bullshit ads with a huge freaking title bar on top that gets reloaded every single time so that you have to keep scrolling down. If you're going to make an obnoxious slideshow, at least ensure that I can scroll through it quickly. If you're going to make an obnoxious slideshow that's 51 slides long, how about grouping some together or making a scrollable list of thumbnails?

Someone needs to kick Steve Forbes in the sack. Also, they should kick him in the sack a second time for general jerkyness.

Looks like the NFL teams are valued more by their stadium than the franchise/players themselves.
