I don't see why it wouldn't be possible to use the Galaxy S2 as an access point and connect the iPad via wifi tethering. Seems pretty straight forward to me.
The only problems I see if if you have a carrier that charges for tethering ability in which case you would need to a) purchase the ability, or b) root the phone and use another wifi tethering app. I use Wifi Tether myself. If it doesn't work, then I would be suspicious of Apple not following 802.11 standards on the iPad. |
