Default Are you a Mac or a PC, in interesting analysis
From Roger Ebert's blog: http://blogs.suntimes.com/ebert/cybe...r-a-mac-p.html

It's amazing how much of this both Mac and PC users already knew, but still find it interesting, and humorous.

I have a PC and Mac at home, two Xbox 360s and two Apple TVs...

Two Macs and two PCs at work...

Which percentages apply to me!? (The results in the image are very fitting and not surprising.)

Mac people are 21% more likely than PC people to consider themselves computer-savvy gearheads And here is where we have a problem. Mac users generally know jack **** about computers, yet think their perceived technical knowledge they posses shines out their arse.

Personally, I just use whichever tool is most suited to the job.

I run OSX natively but I often virtualise into linux or windows as needed.

Never let the truth get in the way of a good yarn.

C'mon folks, no need to get nasty here. It's off topic if anything.

I particularly found the part about Vespas funny. Although, I don't think they've taken off as much here as they have elsewhere. Must be a Europe/USA thing?

I would say you're a massive geek.

I've seen that infographics before, it's kinda funny because I own both and I can identify with both "sides". Well, whatever it's all in good fun :-)

With today's boom in technology, geek is chic. Back 10 years ago, being a geek was something to almost be ashamed of, but thanks to the culture of savvy technology enthusiasts, and the Big Bang Theory, the geek name is worn like a badge of honour. The modern day technological hunters and collectors.

And all those kids in school thought drugs was the way.... tsk tsk tsk.

I meant in informal usage outside of that one particular service at a big box store that cater to people that don't even know how to rip a CD.

Haha, well fortunately I was always regarded for my technical knowledge ever since grade school. Also, when people see all the gear I have in my place, the last thing they probably think of is, "geek".

Yes, they have another word for it nowadays: Enthusiast.
