Default Parking High-Powered Car [-win-]
So I was looking a parking spot when I came across this... (I tried to take that spot but as you can see it was reserved...)

At least the driver hit the tree, eh?

[rofl] I've seen people do that. They start their car, look back over their shoulder, hit the gas, and go forward instead of reverse.

It's so much easier to get it wrong in an auto. You've no clutch to give you a biting point so if you accidentally select the wrong position on the auto box you won't know until you go flying.

I remember as a kid my grandad had some big automatic car and we parked up at a market as he wanted to but a pig (I can't remember why, and I can't think of any sensible reason that he'd want one). He went off and after a while curiosity got the better of me so I tried moving the shifter towards drive from neutral (car was stopped, engine off etc) and it lurched forwards into the wall about 2 inches away. I put it back where it was and decided that honesty wasn't in that case the best policy lol.
