Axel F was very popular actually. I still like it alot too.

As for Sandstorm, I have NO Idea how someone was able to piece that off the top of their head. Unless they happened to be listening to it when they read the question. I can see it now that I'm listening to the song, but thats crazy good memory there.

Yup.. and the guy that created the song, lost out on a lot of money because he didnt copy right it. Many people downloaded the song as a ring tone.

I also want to mention they did a spoof of it in Monsters vs Aliens (among Encounters of the Third Kind)

And they used it in space chimps.

Speaking of Axel F, I would like to see a digitally remastered movies. Its one of the best classics that needs a remake.

Eddie Murphy has done movies since Beverly Hills Cop 3, but Beverly Hills Cop 3 was the last Eddie Murphy movie.

Fine, I change my statement to "Axle F is a popular song"

Considering the number of remixes, and appearances its made in newer movies, long after the original movie that spawned it has ceased to be in theaters.
