Well "Theosis" is the transliterated version of the Greek word, so in theory it should be pronounced the same in Greek or English. Most English speakers tend to say "thay-OH-sis", but it should actually be "thAY-oh-sis". At least that's the way that I, who do not know much Greek, understand it.
