Roquefort, Stilton, Bleu de Gex, Haut-Jura, Danish Blue, but least of all is Gorgonzola which I hate. Try them all, but go to a store who will let you have a little of all before deciding what to buy a decent amount of.

Honestly, other then used occasionally on salad I haven't had blue cheese. What do you recommend?
Try Cambozola, It's a cross between Camembert and Gorgonzola invented by the Germans in the '70s...
