order something and pay via paypal - but cancel the order as is not in stock - paypal have said it can take 2 WEEKS for me to get my money back (5 to 7 working days for them to get it and another 3 working days for me to get it back- then add in weekends)

like WHAT THE **** , banks take 2 hours.

banks over here take like 3-5 days, youre lucky in that one respect

Paypal makes % on those few dollars from every person whos money they have to hold on to for up to 2 weeks.

Its a great system to make money for them selfs.

Lol, I got a payback on my MasterCard on the 18th October, but will see the money on 15th of December...

Be happy that you have so fast banks.
