That's because most of it was filmed in Cardiff...

Holmes in Cardiff is like drinking beer out of a wine glass.

I can't believe I missed it though. Ms Haus is responsible for our TV scheduling, and she's usually very good at it. I shall have to have words.

The iPlayer sucks because I could never get it to work with proxy servers.

That's brilliant!
No one has said that before.
What do they normally say?
Piss off.

Watson never met Moriarty in the original, and I would guess they my keep true to that. They kept true to other parts of the story (e.g. Watson's service in Afghanistan, crack shot with a pistol etc)

Watson met Mycroft in the warehouse, but I reckon Moriarty was the woman who travelled there with him.

Yes, I particularly liked the buildings you have that so closely resemble the Gherkin and the Houses of Parliament

I was pleased to call where the old tramway was - under Kingsway - before he pointed to it on the map.

All of that last section with the taxi driver was filmed in the Cardiff University Earth Sciences department. I had loads of lectures etc in that particular lab.

Going back to the first ep, did they say whether Sherlock had made the right choice with the pills at the end? I can't recall.
I reckon the easy way to win is to make both pills poisonous, but take the antidote before you play the game.

Well that was somewhat underwhelming, as I always knew it would be, with a second series definitely an option, depending on ratings.

Shame that they didn't let Watson solve one of the cases.

Third episode tonight, hopefully can download it tomorrow.

What's the betting that Moriarty actually turns out to be Matt Lucas, blacked up, in a wheelchair, breastfeeding a squirrel?
Bitty!

The 3rd ep was pretty disappointing IMO. Not least cos I recognised just one Cardiff location.

Ep 2 was the best, with the Museum, Library, Ba Orient and my mate's apartment block in it.

DaShi, you do not know how to review a TV show review.
