I dreamed that I was shot in the back of the head, I was still alive,there was blood pissing out the back of my head and I could feel the wound.

I was surrounded by work colleagues,my family,ex girlfriends,but no one would do anything to help me as I was trying to get to the hospital to stop the bleeding and prevent any further brain function deterioration (I tried in this dream to calculate the cubic capacity of engines and fluid dynamics but I couldn't) a very bazarre dream

I hate it though when you do get a dream were you have to work **** out. It's hard and then you finally realise you're dreaming and that you don't have to work.

ive just been looking up what this may mean.....well, funny thing is that its one of two things... the brain trying to tell me that I have a problem with that part of the brain (which BTW is exactly where the optical signals are processed) and my eyes have been a little fuzzy as of late and I have become a little photo sensitive.

or...

I have an Issue of trust of peoples help, and the people not doing anything to help signifies that, and the shot in the back of the head signifies a problem of others doing things to me that I have no control over.

That instantly reminded me of Max Payne! Yes, there were a couple dream levels in the game, similar to what you told. I hate them so much, they're so boring and frustrating...
