I have generally found that pillows fit in pillow cases, so just buy them Bungle. I bought a contoured memory foam pillow about 12 months ago and it fits in a general purpose oxford pillow case, albeit with spare space.

Treat yourself to new bedsheets as well. I bet your douvet covers as stiff as a board anyway.

Did you buy any of your current stuff from Ikea? I thnk they used to so some odd sizes.
