Well, this is "General discussion", isn't it? And since so many people have some thing they want to complain about, this would just be a release valve for the pressure before it gets too much on them.

People who feel they can use the subway as a soapbox to preach their half-crazed religious views to a captive audience should be fined for disturbing the peace.
