Default New Company Car.....lol
Its very nice. Same engine as my Bocanegra, only in the Cupra bodykit and different colour.

How I am getting away with this colour and spec I will never know, but enjoying it while it lasts [rofl]

Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.4 TSI 180ps. Its twin charged, turbo and super. DSG gear box.

Oh this car is an emmense amount of fun [rofl]

Looks sweet! When I got told rather bluntly that I couldn't have a lime green car I chose something else as in my opinion the only truly cool colour for the scirocco is lime green.

Instead I will have a BMW in one of the 35 shades of dull grey they do. Apparently though it will do 68.9mpg though. Which matters not a f**king jot to me as I'm not paying for fuel. How bloody ironic is this! The first time I don't have to worry about the fuel bills I have to worry about the fuel consumption [thumbdown]

I like that. Looks better than the Bocanegra ones i think, not a fan of the Hannibal mask.

Yeh, bloody bean counters. Let's see how it gets in when it meets my inefficient right foot. Saying that, my brother-in-law canes his civic 2.2 diesel everywhere and still manages to get 50mpg + out of it.

If I keep it sensible driving economically, I get squeeze about 50mpg out of it. I used to drive a c4 VTR+ Diesel and I can get better fuel economy out of this than that c4 on the motorway.

Putting my foot down however, well thats a different subject...[rofl]

Also, believe it or not, this is miles cheaper on the company car tax than my c4 I had before the bocanegra, its co2 levels are alot lower..

The c4 diesel used to cost about £650 a year. This costs about £500, but obviously fuel is a tad more expensive

I could have had my Cupra in Lime green actually, they ordered 2, an Orange one, or a Green one. The one I didnt want goes on the showroom. Looks rather funky but Orange got my senses tingling for some reason. Plus Im getting them to paint the alloys black too, I think it will look pretty good.

The mpg in the new BMW's are insane, but I dont really like the shells these days and as you say, the 35 shades of grey are not really appealing. I've been driving sensible company cars for a while, I had a taster of the Bocanegra since March (I think, there was a post here about it, time flys) and they sold that so I think I will keep to my loud, trashy, boy racer car[rofl]

They wanted someone to drive one, none of the other managers wanted to drive one, I think I am the only one with more money than sense [thumbup]

LOL - I quite fancied one of them actually. Two things stopped me. 1) Nobody would be prepared to travel to meetings in my car. 2) I might as well spend the budget I have when it won't really cost me anything more. The bim bimmer only produces 109g/m co2 so it's only gonna cost me about £1400 a year in benefit in kind tax.

Or to put it another way, a fairly loaded 30k + car on the road and maintained for £100 a month!!
