Default I just removed the toilet seat.
I suffer from migraines and a female coworker thinks she needs to slam down the seat to let all the guys in the whole building know shes unhappy having to lower the seat.My headaches actually make me vomit they are so bad. So the noise of the seat is just painful. Well Ive $%$%%$ had it. So 2 screws and off the lid went. Now she can go to the bathroom on the other side of the buidling. I mean seriously, none of the guys get pissed for having to raise the lid, why does she have such a bad attitude about lowering it. Skank.[cursing]

lmao, that's priceless!! I'd love to see her reaction when she goes in there and there's no seat. Sucks about the migraine though, I unfortunately know how those are.

Oh man.. I would lay in bed with migraine though.

You could have used superglue to glue it steady to whatever is behind it, so she never can pull it down !!

That's great and all, but if you get migraine headaches so bad that you vomit, shouldn't you be at home in a dark room doped to the eyeballs?

Leave the seat down and piss all over it.

Everyone wins.

lol guys. we already had a no-bomb rule in place because the fan in there vents into the 2 back offices, one of which is mine. You wanna drop a stinky, you have to go out back at the service bays.

As the migraines go, I do occasionally take time off and basically crawl into a hole, I normally thumbtack a heavy blanket over the window although it has always seemed that noise is worse than light for me, my brothers are all light sensitive. Sometimes though I just cannot take the time off.

So can we get a status update on the effectiveness of the seat removal?

Went about like I thought it would, she went into bosses office, boss comes into my office, seat gets reinstalled, I hate that no-good tramp bitch. I think she got the point though. No more slamming.

Bummer. Punch her in the face if she does it again.

It really pisses me off that women expect us to put the damn thing down every time. Last time I checked there was a roughly 50/50 male/female population split. I'd guess around half the toilet uses are for number 1, and half for number 2. This means that around 25% of the time the seat will be in the wrong position for the user. Why should we men have to do all the work? I'm fairly sure that putting it up or down takes exactly the same kind of effort.

there's one thing off about your theory, you're assuming people take a dump just as much as they do take a leak, which is not correct. apply a ratio factor of the dump\leak relativity.
consider creating a differential equation which could demonstrate it better.

/geek mode off.

Most efficient thing is to leave the seat as it was used. I have had quite a few heated 'discussions' on this topic with women, if there is a seat cover/lid, I don't really have a problem as it covers the whole thing and if they also put it down, fine.
What you could point out is that whenever the toilet is flushed, there are splashed droplets of the toilet bowel water that end up on the seat, where their bums then sit on them! much more hygenic to keep the seat up, away from these splashes. You could also do the old "I was in a hurry and didn't have time to lift the seat - I think I wiped it all off, though".

just leave the seat down and piss all over it. if your boss is male he'll never call you on it, it happens.
