So isn't anyone watching this?!?!

Interesting flash of LHC operational status. (Not for iPad users... )

And for people who have no idea what's going on

I was starting to get worried that no one is interested.

We are possibly making history here people!! Well actually we are making as we speak but there's more to it..

Thanks, matey, Bookmarked and listening to the live streaming!
Pressing F5 on twitter page every 0.5 seconds and watching streams from ATLAS, ALICE, LHCb and CMS...

And I'm at work...

Now we wait for results.

Read: Collision occured!

Brilliant! I'm glad I was "there" to see this happen!

Now back to work...

It's the resonance cascade, hope there's a bearded scientist with a crowbar at the ready!

I've been listening for about 30mins, just heard that the beams collided. Even though a lot of it has gone straight over my head the buzz is quite exciting.

It's operating at half of it's future max power.
Todays test was "just" 7 TeV collision. (2x3.5 TeV beams)

So relax. Black holes are sure to follow...
