F1 is so boring... Racing around a circle only turning left is where its at.
Heheheheheh, yeah I really don't see what people like about it[yawn] (we have to be thankful for the weather though)

In all seriousness though, I also think Massa will be having some words with Alonso back in the garage. I can only imagine the conversation going something like this "Try to pull one like that again and I will f***ing take you out the race with me"

Seriously the only things that has made F1 interesting this season is the weather. Without it I think you will find some bland races.

Pardon my ignorance but what does that mean? is it like a slap of the wrist "don't do it again" type of thing? or is it a penalty yet to be disclosed?

That article doesn't say anything (not saying it's your fault Bungle). There are no words from the FIA just quotes from the drivers. It's an article with an interesting title but zero substance to back up the claim?!

EDIT: from ESPNF1 it seems that both drivers were "spoken to" by stewards but no punishment is being given.

There's going to be a bad atmosphere between the Ferrari drivers now. Alonso basically barged passed Massa in the pitlane to get serviced first, meaning Massa had to sit and wait. I wonder if Massa will say anything publically yet or keep quiet. It was about 4 races in to 2007 when Alonso and Hamilton started to fall out....

Alonso causing friction within the team, who'd have thought it.

Lewis and Jenson seem to be getting along famously though.

Well Alonso was faster by far thana, even with the penalty he still easily beat Massa. So the move on the pits was deserved by Massa IMO.
He is crap in the rain, and for the sake of the guys paying his salary and who stood by him through his injury he should let the faster man through so that they can maximise the constructors points, but he doesnt want to so Alonso must do what he must.

And yes the race was exciting, but dont start all jumping up and down at once...because if it hadnt been for the rain it would have been traffic watching as usual. Wets and intermediates burn up fast, but dry tyres dont wear at that rate.

I think so yeah. Basically tsk tsk, don't do it again, if you do we'll give you an actual punishment.

Personally I think Hamilton should have backed off. Can't blame the lollypop guys, the Red Bull was let go ever so slightly earlier but the McLaren guy couldn't have anticipated it without completely compromising his guy But once Lewis saw his front wheels were behind, due to poor traction / slide or whatever it doesn't matter the fact is he was behind, he should have lined up imo. Driving that close to the mechanics is dangerous and selfish. I don't get why he was giving Vettel hand motions either, yeah Vettel started to move over to the right after swerving to the left to prevent a collision, but to be honest, you shouldn't be on the right hand side of someone in the pit lane.

Glad it didn't ruin the race, but poor showing that Vettel got the same reprimand as Lewis imo.

Great race, loving the McLaren 1-2 result! [thumbup]

I'm also loving Lewis aggresive driving, it's truly a pleasure to watch, that and the rest of the drivers seem to be whiny little bitches so they will moan either way.

Should be clear in a couple of days. Chuck Norris is on his way over to plug it up with a massive boulder.

I used the F1 2010 Timing app during the race. It's good, shows you all the info you would ever need, like where the cars are on the track, but is expensive. In fact it was a few seconds ahead of the TV, probably because I was watching digital.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqRySs0Uo2U

The video shows the iPad version, but I have it on my iPhone. It's similar, but doesn't look quite as nice.
