Don't want to be too specific - I'm spoofing a product and was wondering if anyone knew if using the audio clip from the commercial I'm spoofing.. would be a legal infringement?

Don't give me that I'm not a lawyer BS. If you're in the industry and deal with this kind of thing or have knowledge on parody law your advice would be much appreciated! Thank You
