On march 17'th, St. Patrick's Day, it will be 1 year since my dad passed away. Every year prior to that on that day, we had corned beef and cabbage, and it was one of my dad's favorite meals. I did not really mourn him after he died, instead I thought of the things he loved and celebrated his life. To continue with that, I want to cook this every year on that day in memory of my father.
So does anyone have any good recipes or tips for corned beef and cabbage? I've never made it before. |
