Hard to look at that pattern and figure out what 5 will be, but we do see the odds as being better than the evens.

I didn't mind DH4, but it really didn't feel like a Die Hard movie. The violence in these films is generally over the top, which made the last one seem neutered.

I just watched through the four ones and I must say I agree with your rating. I hope they bring an interesting villain as Hans Gruber in the 5th movie instead of that lame dude in DH2, Gruber's brother or some hacker fanatic.

The thing is, in the first movie he was up against everyone, even his own guys, the police. In the other movies he had their support, which dropped the "one vs all" theme. I think they should bring it back. No support from the authorities, and all the action takes place in ONE place. Not a whole airport, city, or even several cities.

2nd one was at the airport? I found that to be ok, agreed the first was the best though [thumbup]
