Hope you get some meds for it mate, my ex-gf used to get them - I woke up one morning with her shaking and then stopped/turned blue and wasn't breathing and scared the absolute **** out of me. They said it was 'unexplained epilespy', put her on a drug called Lamotrgen (sp?) and she is seizure free for 1.5 years now!

Sorry to hear that man. As Blind said, there are some pretty good treatments and medications out there for epilepsy, so here's hoping they can nail down what you have and treat it accordingly. Keep us updated!

Hey, some of the greatest people in history were Epileptic - like my Mum!
With some people it manifest;s itself in the late teens or twenties and, with treatment, it shouldn't affect you too much.
In some cases it passes off quite quickly and never re-occurs and in others, it's due to a transient medical conditin.
Regardless, mate, you'll be right in the end!
