Honestly, i think i´ve had a problem with Subways since day 1.
In terms of brain development Subways employees must be like one step under the Homo erectus on the evolutionary ladder

Not usually, but when I order the steak and cheese they do ask if I want cheese when it gets to that point. A little weird, but its probably the safe move since you will get that arse who wants the steak and cheese with no cheese.

They always manage a question for me... and I always try and remember everything!

6 inch turkey on italian with cheddar cheese... "TOASTED?"... [rofl]

I don't think they understand the word "just" either.

Yeah, just pickes, onions and honey mustard... "WHAT ELSE?" er, that's it "LETTUCE?" er, no thanks, that's it "TOMaaaTO?" nope... "WHAT ELSE?" just gimme the sandwich!

Ugh, Subway...

Seriously, find yourself a Jersey Mike's, Firehouse, or a Jimmy John's. Your mouth and stomach will thank you later.

They are a client of ours so I'll have to be careful what I say.....they are not particularly on the ball with a lot of things.

We don´t have any of them here in Germany
Neither do we have Quiznos, Domino´s, Little Cesars, Sonic´s, Taco Bells, Red Lobsters, Arbys, Sloppy Joe´s, Dairy Queens or Wendy´s.

Well if you want we can trade. I despise most fast food and chains with a passion (besides good sub shops and Chick-Fil-A). I'll trade you Taco Hell and Dread Lobster for any German restaurants that serve weiner schnitzel, bratwurst, and knockwurst with some sauerkraut, potatoes, and pumpernickel any day of the week. [yes]

You haven't got enough pull to do that [rofl]

Let me just clarify my point at the time....

I have fallen out with a few people professionally (some my fault, and some theirs) and three times now it has made things difficult when collaborating with other agencies. My point was purely that it's stupid to fall out with people in the same professional field as yourself. Lazerface's ego is far, far too big (or he's just a bit thick, I can't decide which) to understand that though and thinks it was a personal threat to get him fired.

Although saying that, I have been desperately trying to find a design agency that can help us out with some urgent web stuff (our designers are all print trained) and even though I know James could do (and I'll begrudgingly admit he could do it well) it there is absolutely no way I'd want him involved.

That´s pretty lame tbh.
Your putting what someone does and says in private in front of the professional work someone does "at work".
that´s like saying i won´t eat at McDonalds anymore because i saw that one burger flipper last night talking sh!t about Mercedes Benz,..
That´s highly unprofessional
[rolleyes]

Sounds we're missing out on something juicy here...

Up here, we have a Hofbräuhaus restaraunt. It's great!

*sigh*

You know Ralph, it's a shame, you and I used to get on until you fell out with me for disagreeing with you on a few things. I put it to you that it is in fact your ego that's the problem here, not mine.

I do have quite a large ego mind you, can't argue with that. But I am a fair person. How could I think it was a personal threat to get me fired? I am self employed. What actually happened was that you said you could somehow manipulate how successful my business was because you had so much clout in the industry. I can easily dig out the thread so let's not talk BS here.

I am mature enough to realise that this is the internet and what people are like on here is not always what they are like in real life so would actually gladly work with you. Maybe if you actually met me you'd feel a bit stupid about how you act towards me. We have a huge client list now, all of which love us due to our professionalism and quality of work.

I don't need your work in the slightest but I'm all for people getting along. It doesn't seem like too long ago we were yakking over msn after an all nighter with daft hats on. What the **** happened?

It's my decision and I won't work with anyone I have any misgivings about. That would be unprofessional.

It was nothing to do with that at all. It was the fact that you were mocking me with one group of people while simultaneously asking for my help in private. You two-faced ******. I hate that.

You know it's weird. I am a good guy who gets on great with clients and produces excellent work for them by working long hours and having good communication skills. I have never fallen out with even the most irritating of clients, and have never missed a deadline. Why would you not want to work with me?

Ah yes I forgot how you can't handle a joke sometimes. Completely forgot how uptight you got over the past few years. Must be all that pressure at the top.
