If it's a UFO, how do you know what it has? Plus, if it's in space, doesn't that mean it's not even a UFO, just a UO?

11,000 MPH is really slow for space. That's less than half of Earth's escape velocity. Space garbage?

The question is - why is it travelling so slowly? It seems WAY too slow for "space garbage", other earthside debris or anything coming in from the outer parts of the Solar System.
Where was it when it was photographed, anyway?
