I thought you were against contracts OHP?

Anyhow, just incase you're interested in a good deal from another supplier (I hate Virgin so I wouldn't go for it personally but it's been voted a very hot deal).

HD2 Virgin Contract Offer...

so you still have to pay 30p for unlimited internet per day you use it... is this true to all over networks too ?

Tariffs and contracts are the most convoluted things ever. Never before has anyone used so many words to say a simple "f you". I actually looked at my cellphone contract a while back, and if my phone company decides to cancel my service for any reason I have to pay the cancellation fee. How the hell is that even remotely legal?

HTC HD2 out of those for me.

In case you were also interested, there are plenty of emulators on the Android market too if there were any Android phones that interested you.
