Why do I keep getting this message when I click on "More" to read complete reviews in iTunes?

Oh that. That wasn't on my PC that was on my iPhone, and only over GPRS. The problem I'm having is on iTunes on my PC. I tried reinstalling iTunes and it didn't make any difference.

You should delete the apple stuff in app data under local and roaming as this holds itunes settings etc.

Where do I find that, and if I delete it will it negatively affect what I've got stored under iTunes?
