Default hmmm does this happen when you laugh?
Sometimes something really funny will make me laugh for 3-7 seconds.. very short... but I will get light headed almost immediately from the start of the laugh, get numb head, face, leg, and hands and I can barely stand/sit straight... but it happens almost instantly... But on longer laughs nothing happens... I don't get it... is it some kind of rush/chemical release in the brain? something wrong with me?? I mean I've had long laughs where I need to gasp for air a few times and nothing happens.. but if somethings really funny almost instantly I will feel those symptoms... even though its just a 3-4 second laugh....

oh god I just realized i posted this in pc gaming.. I'm sorry mods, would it be possible to move this to general?

What you are experiencing is "Laugh Syncope". The blood pressure in your head and extremities is dropping as a result of physically laughing, leading to dizziness or numbness.
As for the long laughs, perhaps you were laughing long enough for the blood pressure in your torso to equalize.
It could be a sign of a cardiovascular disease and you should see a doctor ASAP.

I seriously can't remember when the last time I had a good hearty laugh

usually my eyes start to water, I don't get light headed or dizzy though, maybe the muscles around the torso start aching

I've never laughed myself breathless. I have, however, laughed long and hard enough to give myself cramps.. which then causes me to laugh harder because injuring yourself laughing is funny. Watching someone laugh and cry at the same time because they hurt so bad is actually quite hilarious.

Chain laugh FTW. I have never got any aches or anything in my head but after long laughs I feel my jaw exhausted as if I have eaten dinner 5 times in a row and chewed very fast.

Oh god... signs of vascular disease? I dont get light headed/so on when I run... I'm freaking out now. I guess I'll bring it up to my doctor next visit and see a specialist.

Cardiovascular disease is no laughing matter.

Except this one.
