I live in Ft. Collins. Everyone here is talking about it. I hope the boy is found safe somewhere, but it doesn't look good.

I have been following this....... But somehow the whole story seems incredibly unlikely.

Do you remember a Myth-busters where they used balloons to float a child? It took an incredible volume of gas. An amount I think it would be awfully hard to match by that already half-collapsed looking saucer. (while it was in the air)

It's......... Bordering on the impossible, is what my instincts are saying, but it will certainly not be the first time I am wrong! [yes]

Continuing to watch closely.......

Edit: Oopps, just saw bungles post. Now lets see what the story is.

2nd Edit: Safe at home!!! [rofl]

That's all they said on the radio (it's just a phone in show). I'm not actually watching the TV.

Unconfirmed reports that he was found hiding in a box.

Until the media leave and his parents have 'a word' with him and his brothers!

Apparently it was all a stunt to produce publicity for them to appear on a reality TV programme.

Oh FFS, I have conflicting feelings about this. On the one hand I hope they get slapped with a humongous fine and possibly prison (assuming they prove it's true) but on the other hand I can't help thinking about the kids and how that'd impact their futures[no]

they are going to get totally bummed over that, especially if the FAA decide they want to press charges for Airspace violations...

Don't you think having these people as parents is already impacting enough?
