My first guess was GHB and alcohol, but if he's on LSD, he is peaking hard-core.

A lot of folks on YouTube are calling this fake, but it looks quite real to me. They are basing their calls of BS on him being drunk...which he's not (or it's the least of his worries). Looks like he's under the influence of some serious psychedelic drugs...the way he reaches for the door handles and the floor for example.
