That looked like the chav walked into the punch too, took him right off his feet.
Nothing better than seeing some idiot bully get his just desserts. Funny enough, pretty much the same thing happened to my wife and I back on March 26th of this year, A neighbour and his wife launched an unprovoked attack on my wife and I on our property and his assault on me was caught on our CCTV camera, We both pretty much decided that we would let them assault us, as we were both concerned about losing our SIA licences and ultimately our Jobs if we became the aggressors in the confrontation, as He was registered disabled with spine problems and She had just come out of Hospital, 3 days earlier having had her fourth child, (incidentally the 3 other children and the baby were left home alone, whilst they came across to assault us both). Anyway, after they had gone, I phoned the cops, they arrived, took the CCTV tape and statements and we decided to press full charges against them both. Cut a long story short, the CPS (crown prosecution service) decided to send the case to court after seeing the tape, and they both "got away" with £70 fine and £65 costs. They did eventually get evicted from their council house and went back to Ireland, so its one consolation that a bullying little sh*t like him is no longer on the estate where I live. I've had a "frozen shoulder" since the incident, with limited movement, in that I can't twist my arm 360*, but only about 240* or so, I've had severe panic attacks, one so bad, My wife thought I was having a heart attack, My wife has permanent scars on her face, chest and arms because the women scratched her deeply with her nails. Suffice to say, we've agreed, that f*ck the consequences, next time something the same happens, on our property, the aggressors will be leaving in a bloody ambulance, because if all we've got to look forward to is a loss of £135 each, then it would be worth it to not let "good old british justice system" do their worst, which from experience is f*ck ALL. Yeah Snoopy, don't sit down and take it. If that happens again, beat the **** out of them both Maybe you should think about it from my point of view, Both my wife and I, work in Security, we have unblemished records going back 20+ years, If we got a conviction for an assault it would probably mean both of our security licences were revoked, and ultimately that is about the only job that we can get around where we live, at least that pays a decent amount of wages. 2 security officers near to us got into a fight, that was caught on CCTV in the street and even though the Police never interviewed or found the guy who was beaten up in the assault, Both officers lost their licences, jobs and probably much more, because the attack was caught on CCTV. But after experiencing what british justice metes out to Thugs and bullies, Our minds have been changed, and at the risk of losing our jobs, I'd rather make the decision to defend ourselves properly should the need arise again, because obviously the justice system favours thugs and cowards and not law abiding citizens, such as ourselves. |
