Indeed. It seems like we always get the shaft over here when it comes to styling. I've noticed European Fords have looked pretty nice over there for years, while ours have been..well...atrocious (up until the past few model years).

i dunno, it's not fair. It's like they take a perfectly good Ford Focus and then make it look bad on purpose. Have to say a Ford Mondeo looks a damn sight better than a Taurus too.

Isn't that because the US have other rules when it comes to bumpers? I think they have to be a certain size or something (which kinda annihilates the styling elements on this kind of car)...

you might be right because they have some very ugly bumpers. i don't know if its to do with pedestrian safety or what. wouldn't have though so but i cant think of anything else.
