Montezemolo finally commented about Alonso - he said he will hire Alonso at some point, but not next season, and to put some weight on it, "For next year we have Raikkonen, Massa, Fisichella, Badoer, Gene, and I hope Michael Schumacher, so we have a bench as long as Real Madrid's.

The Renault/Piquet affair rumbles on. Now Renault have accused Piquet of trying to blackmail them.

Seemed a really odd crash, he just seemed to understeer a bit and not doing anything about it.

Yeah, while his ex-teammate puts in some stonking good laps in a real car

Kind of looked like Fisi either lost concentration or had some kind of mechanical problem.

Hmmm drive a few races in a hard to drive Ferrari or have had the chance to win a few in a force india?? that must have been a tough call especially in what could be his last year.

Yeah but if you think Kimi is one of the best drivers out there and he has been driving the Ferrari all season and still has problems.
Its silly to think anyone else can just jump in and be good.

But I don't like Ferrari so as long as nobody is hurt I like to see a Ferrari in the Italian tyre wall with an Italian driver

Would love to see Kimi move back to McLaren and race with Lewis [thumbup]

Sutil getting faster as I type!

Think the qualifying will be a bit exciting[thumbup]

Fisi will struggle to make it out of Q1, Can't see Kimi doing that well either tbh.

Like I said earlier in the thread, it's no surprise that 7 out of the top 8 cars in this mornings practice all have the Mercedes, it's clearly a more powerful engine.

How it's been able to do that under engine freeze conditions, well... but hey....

I bet Fisi wishes he could dump that semi-prancing pony and get some Force India loving again!
