I used to drink 4 litres of Vanilla Coke a day. I ballooned from 10st to about 16st over a couple of years. That took a while to work off...

Shame it tastes so nice.

how to you figure salt turns into fat? 1 can of pop only has like 20-100mg of sodium. if you drink 10 cans a day or say a 40mg type thats only equivelant to like 1 pickle
i was talking bout the 4 s liter coke that chick drinks. And too much sodium isnt good for you. Also theres like 9 servings in a 2 liter and each serving is 30mg of sodium, so do the math its 1080mg of sodium in a day, hardly healthy

and how do you figure 10 cans of coke a day is equal to 1 pickle??

After having done without Soda for so long, it's nearly impossible to finish a full can of Diet, let alone regular soda. Although when I rarely indulge, there is a mexican restaurant near me that serves coke with actual sugar instead of HFCS, which imo tastes much better.

10 cans of a pepsi at say 45mg can is only 450mg, 1 regular pickle is like 300-500, but yeah 4 whole bottles is still only half or your intake for the day, but anyway sick enough to drink that much needs serious help[thumbdown]
