I see some drawbacks.
(1) Pissed off spouses.

(2) Potential lawsuits for sexual harassment. It's dangerous to even tell naughty jokes at the workplace, but to have the employees walking around naked?!? Lawyers are salivating.

(3) What happens when the Arrowhead Spring Water guy makes his deliveries or the telephone repairman pays a visit?
