Default Your Favorite Hot Sauce
What's your favorite hotsauce?

http://www.originaljuan.com/ssl/shop...5-caf5b36391d8

I love the flavor, and it's nice and spicy. I just put some on a Taco Bell chicken taco and it left my tongue feeling like it's burning, but it's not too spicy.

I got a bunch of other crap from them too that I want to try. Altho they screwed my order up. They owe me a bottle of jerk wing sauce, and the jerk seasoning.

I've heard "The Final Answer" is insanely hot.

I always wanted to try "The Source". But I figure it would make me cry. :P

I tried this stuff awhile back that was called Dante's Hell (or Dante's Inferno can't remember) . It was probably the hottest store bought sauce I'd had in a long time.

7.1 million Scoville Units. Screw waterboarding... force terror suspects to eat that stuff.

Wish I knew what it was called, but I once had some good mango hot sauce. It was like kinda sweet, flavorful, and pretty damned hot.

I grew out of the whole super hot sauce thing long ago. It's gotta have taste, or I don't want it. For my hot sauce, I use homegrown habaneros and chiles. I mix some fresh cilantro, basil, and spearmint then mash them into a paste with a mortar and pestle. I toss the peppers and the herb paste into a food processor, along with a small amount of lemon juice, and chop everything up until it's semi liquid.

I'll mix that in with other sauces for a marinade with a little extra kick, or mix it with some fresh chopped tomatoes for salsa.

Itīs all about taste for me as well,
The problem is iīve been eating this hot on almost a daily bases for almost meh 18 years,
So thereīs no "growing out of it", Itīs not a show off thing, itīs what i love, one could even say itīs a kind of addiction.
What others see as a near death experience whilst eating doesnīt even make me sweat.

btw Habaneroīs are awesome, the ones i grow have a nice citrus almost mango flavor to īem.
I make a wicked Hab-Salsa

That's what attracted me to their Jamaican flavor. It actually has a good taste to it along with being hot. The only time I would use bland flavored hotsauce would be for chili. If I'm putting hotsauce on various foods like tacos, chicken, whatever I prefer to use something that has a distinct flavor do it.

I guess I am a oldschool hot sauce person. Classic Tabasco is my favorite.

I also love this stuff

I like a local one I tasted @ the Fire on the Mtn Chilli Cookoff @ Snowshoe a few years ago...

"Thermonuclear Ass-plosion" [thumbup]

I've got a few bottles packed up with my stuff @ my mom's house in WV... I use it in my rot-gut chilli! Soooooooooooooooooooo gewd!

I'll look for some linkage, but I don't remember ever seeing a url on their stand or bottles.

I'm with you if I had to choose just one. [yes]
I don't need crazy hot.

But I also always have a bottle of each of these in my cupboard.
