1. It's quite annoying watching people doing bad things (sure you have to ignore most of it but still) like this.

He said Oral sex is not sexual relations. He was being a politician and using a deceptive turn of phrase but was semantically correct.

And while I'm in the thread, Prurity Rings (for celebrities at least) are ALL about sex. The whole idea is to highlight their sexuality and reinforce them as sexual 'beings'.
