Default Just how brave are you?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/31683947...-destinations/

Take a look at the accompanying video. I remember going to the top of the world trade center and seeing crowds of people about ten feet away from the HUGE panoramic glass windows and very slowly edging forwards only to stop about five feet away from them.

I thought I was so cool sauntering up and pressing my nose against the glass to look down. (we wont describe how my guts felt about it!) I am sure I could do it again, but I am also sure there would be butterfly's big as bowling balls in my stomach.

I know that just looks awesome. I am so sad I never got a chance to go to the World Trade Center observation deck, I only saw it from afar.

They want to rename the Sears Tower to Willis Tower? A transition like that could take a very long time, America's tallest building will always be known as Sears to me.

The CN Tower in Toronto has had a glass floor for many, many years now. Check it out if you're in the area it's quite surreal.

Don't worry, most of Willis' employees think it's ridiculous as well

I'd be absolutely s**t scared at first - but after a few minutes I expect I'd be fine.

There've been times at work when I've had to climb towers or chimneys for repair and was initially holding on so tight it hurt but after a few minutes I was totally relaxed.

If i'm not mistaken, buildings that large move in the wind to prevent em from snapping.
I think that will be visible if you look down

I'm scared of heights, but not afraid at all if there is no risk (like in the buildings or rides at fairs/parks)

If i were there I'd jump right out there.

Looking over a cliff on the other hand OR walking along a thin ledge over 100's of feet. I'd be very scared.

How brave am I?

I called Chuck Norris's mum fat once, to his face.

He wasn't best pleased, but I was brave enough to do it.

The glass is three layers thick, and each layer is a half-inch (1.3 centimeters) thick. The balconies can hold about five tons. so no more than 3 average americans are allowed on the balcony at once? badum-ttssshhh! :P

Ok I know it's totally different and it's a ride, but seriously, 1300ft from the ground apparently. [help]

That ride would be more manly if there was no harnasses

I don't think testing a common phobia is an accurate measure of bravery...

Overcoming your fears (whatever they are) and pressing ahead, is always a sign of bravery....
