Skymax 127 First light.
I have to say, observing wise this gave me the best views of the moon and jupiter I've ever had.
BUT, im very disappointed in its performance with the spc900nc mono chipped. I've included the pictures below, if you check them against the 8 inch dob pics that was took in the day time you will see they seem on another level quality wise. I don't get it as I used the same settings, low framerate "5fps", Yuv2 for raw. Dobson moon http://www.scott-h.co.uk/word/?p=418 Dobson jupiter http://www.scott-h.co.uk/word/?cat=45 And heres my images from tonight. 1 http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/6136/29646601.jpg 2 http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/3248/99390751.jpg 3 http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/492/68698492.jpg 4 http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/5391/22147341.jpg 5 http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/337/95546650.jpg 6 http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/7776/59163252.jpg 7 http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/2282/27736124.jpg 8 http://img111.imageshack.us/img111/3750/70090742.jpg 9 http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/7771/77131927.jpg |
