If thats true, that should pretty much sum up the video game aspect of the movie at least.

It's cheaper to buy the game, it runs on just about any PC out there now, and it has more replay value than the movie.

Though the DVD is a directors cut, and should have some different scenes compared to the theatre release. So im guessing if you havent seen the movie, the DVD version is probably the better version.
