And so do i. And whatsup with the "you're an idiot" remarks and "you can only make babies" or something like that. What a circus.
3rd agreement...

People buying from ebay don't completely read the description in the auctions, and that scammer was stupid for describing the phone.

I would have fined $1000 for both parties

I am a believer of reading an entire auction thouroughly to avoid this stuff. But as Judy pointed out, she listed it with the intention of scamming someone. Hoping that someone would bid on it thinking it was an actual phone. You can't sit there and say that she was right for selling a photo only when she clearly meant to deceive and scam. Unfortunatly, this happens all to often on ebay. While the case might not hold any legal meanings, if the woman and her daughter were telling the truth, the local police are 'investigating' the case, which COULD be potentially costly for that fat dumb blonde bitch.

I always hated judge judy though ><

Actually, out of all this the smartest people here are the two women who apparently got scammed. Think about it:

They could've very well known that it was a scam and that they would get 2 photos. They also would've known that in cases like this Judge Judy would not tolerate the "scammers"... so they bought into the deal, ended up getting the photos (as expected), rounded up a list of other complaints from other customers, got onto Judge Judy, and managed to clean the blonde chick out of $5,000!

So, if that was their intention, the two ladies are probably the strongest scammers of the lot. [rofl]

That said, the odds of such an elaborate plan being pulled off qre quite low (esp considering getting on to JJ is pretty difficult), but dooable none the less.

They should have fined E-Bay $50,000 for allowing this **** to happen all to often.

That shows a joke, i canīt believe any of it is true.
The Judge is anything but professional and tbh over here, talking like that to either side would get you fired and probably have you dealing with your own lawsuit.
What a farce.

$5000 That's awesome!! For once the plaintiff gets some compensation back, instead of just the exact amount they lost. It's people like that scammer that have ruined ebay. I never shop there unless I hear from someone else that the merchant is reputable. Plenty of other sites I can buy stuff from online for almost the same price or cheaper and I KNOW it will be a NEW product, not used.
Ditto!! -ebay is low-life scumbag's heaven, your supposed too be safe with ebay's paypal system, yet people are just as likely too get mugged online with that, compared too other paying method's.Plus their the risk Paypal will empty bank account,or max-out your credit card if they side with the scammer,to pay their so called fee's and Shish kebab compensation, happen's all the time according to review site's like paypalsucks.com and simliar.

From Wiki.

"The award for each judgment is paid by the producers of the show from a fund reserved for each case. The remainder of the fund is split between the parties for a particular case."

Holy Shish kebab ,Batman!!,I didn't no that,I been watching a decade of Judge Judy On/Off viewing,I alway's thought her judgement's were real judicial law,and that the accused would have to pay the Plaintiff out of their own pocket. If Judge Judy just a charade case for T.V purpose, all the scammers,con-artist, theif's,just get a public ticking off or a slap on the wrist by Judge Judy,it's all fake, she and her hoax/sham Court room are as deceptive as the Criminal's,and should been lock up also IMHO.Cheer's.

I never knew that either until now. I stopped giving Judge Judy any credibility however after I seen a particular episode involving a minor fender bender at a drive through where the defendant tried to offer photographic proof that his pickup truck couldn't have possibly damaged the plaintiff's small vehicle because the damage was too low for his bumper (he admitted to causing some minor damage, but contested there was more damage in the photo than what his truck actually caused.) She completely blew him off without even the slightest consideration of this possibility and ruled in favor of the plaintiff. Sure, he may have not been telling the truth, but the way she reached her decision seemed awfully biased.

How many of you would have thought the verdict were unfair if the fat bitch got scammed by the hot bitch and the hot bitch had to pay $5K? I know I would.

Being fat must suck.
