No.
1- it was a long time ago 2- it was made to emulate the movie 3- it's not portraying anything that would be specifically distasteful (like a toy were you have to ensure all the poor people are locked below so the rich have enough lifeboats, or a game where you play as a guy who has to find women to mug/murder and steal their clothes in order to secure a lifeboat, or a game where you have to design the titanic but also have to keep the budget as low as possible so you use shoddy materials and cut back on safety whilst lying about the actual standards of the ship, or a game where you are the captain of the titanic and drive as fast as possible into icebergs trying to raise your bodycount, or a game where you spend time burglarizing people's rooms while they're distracted then have to secure a lifeboat by killing the occupants of one before they escape your reach, or a air-trampoline where the children are jumping on the backs of the drowned victims, or a game where you play a women on a lifeboat who has gone insane and now murderously tries to empty out the lifeboat before ending her own life, or a game where you play a man in the water trying to survive before your succumb to hypothermia). |

It is a little bit, but the americans love laughing at us brits misfortune.
But when the tables are turned and the boot is on the other foot, who laughs then ? If it was some game that a brit made that made light of the twin towers incident, like in this game below, I can just imagine the uproar then, but most brits would be "hmm! but meh!". ![]() |
