Ladbarbastirm Join Date Oct 2005 Posts 378 Senior Member	IT support/technicians - advise needed Hey all, looking to get a recognised qualification/certificate in some sort of IT support related subject but I don't want to end up doing a course thats too easy or not really recognised. My employeer will foot the bill and could stretch to a 5 day course. So far I'm looking at A+ and MS Certified Desktop Support Technician. Out of these which would be best?
