I just recieved a xmas tree in the post from some company here at work....
http://www.iomart.com/ Never dealt with them before, don't recall seeing any junk from them before either. Its a real live tree, ready to be planted. Came in 2nd class post in a tube..... wtf when did sending live plants 2nd class as advertising become ok to do? |

Its not a question of really wanting it, tbh we have been looking at getting a tree planted in the garden, and well since getting it and bringing it home, the missis is over the moon at the prospects of a xmas tree in the garden.
It just worrys me that people are sending live tree's in the post...... ![]() |

I can't imagine why... ![]() Heh... the amount of junk mail that comes through my mailbox every week, must've been a stupid number of trees I've already received in the post... I would much rather have a live one come like that ![]() |

have you considered it may have been sent in error and another party was supposed to get it?
Could also be a scam whereby you're deemed to have accepted it and will shortly be sent a inflated bill for the tree? First thing I'd do would be to check with the sender, then you should be covered for whatever happens. |
