[thumbup] 195mph and 0-60mph in 3.9s... it's a weapon... but tired now so need a new one... might trade this one in... not sure yet... be sorry to see him go...

Awesome... and they don't cost too much either do they?

Well... compared to similar sports cars that don't even look as good.

Reliability wise though... how's it been? I've heard horror stories about TVR reliability

not the usual choice for economy i have to say!

i wanna see a proper track test of the GTR before i slag it off. i like the way it looks though, both inside and out.

Look up Best Motoring.

Tsuchiya and the crew do a few laps of it on the Tsukuba track and pit it against other Supercars.

And I have to agree, an RX8 really isn't the ideal car if you're looking for economy.

... compared to a V8 though.

Reminds me of the top gear BMW M3 V8 against Prius test though - haha!

Haha yeah true.

That M3 vs Prius test is kinda flawed though, considering they said that the Prius was going full speed whilst the M3 was just cruising behind as it can easily keep up with the Prius. Not only that, slip-streaming was in play as well! They should'ved done a side by side drive.

Just got to see the first 10 minutes (missed it on sunday).

That Alfa Romeo is one of the most beautiful cars ever created.

BTW... when it just turns sepia a music track starts up which is also in Layer Cake... anybody know what it is? Some kind of sweeping music.

the extra couple mpg you get from an RX8 isnt gonna justify the cost of buying/owning one anyway. i couldn't even justify myself a 3.0tt supra/1.0 corsa combo, lol.

Is the episode that is to run on BBC America tonight the one you're talking about. I'm so sick of these friggin reruns.

BBCA IS showing new episodes, but they are from season 6, not 11. So they are new to me, but I'm watching 11 as well...
